Frequently asked questions

Why has my honey set?

That’s completely natural – all real honey crystallises over time. To make it runny again, stand the jar in a warm water bath (no hotter than about 40 °C) and stir.

What is creamed honey?

The honey is stirred while it crystallises so that the crystals stay very small. The result is a creamy, soft honey that is easy to spread and does not set hard.

How do I pay?

By Swish. If you buy on Blocket, you pay there.

How should honey be stored?

Somewhere dry at room temperature, with the lid tightly closed. Honey does not need to be kept in the fridge.
